How to prepare for NDA Geography?
Geography in NDA is mostly about understanding maps and concepts, not memorising facts. Candidates should start with Indian Geography and cover topics such as physical features, rivers, climate, and agriculture. These topics are asked almost every year.
Always use an atlas while studying geography. Candidates should not just read about a river or mountain range, but also locate it. This helps in answering map-based questions confidently.
For World Geography, focus on Earth’s motions, latitude and longitude, the atmosphere, ocean currents and tides. These topics are conceptual, so it’s important to understand the “why” behind each fact. After completing each chapter, solve the PYQs.
